Your destination will be their family’s 7200ac working cattle and grain farm ‘Shirbar’ where they grow wheat, barley and chickpeas along with beef cattle on the rich ochre red soils. 

The undulating nature of the county makes it the perfect location for sunsets, sunrises and experiencing a clear outback night sky.  Your hosts are passionate about providing a memorable break for their guests focusing on personal service, one-of-a-kind experiences and authentic paddock to plate cuisine.  They only have one group staying at a time so you have the whole property and house to yourself. 

Your accommodation started out life as a woolshed and has been converted into a luxury boutique fully self-contained house with many handmade and recycled pieces that reflect the history of the area and property.  If you are looking for a quite rural destination with no neighbours, no traffic, no technology that includes nature, serenity, farm life and is just a little bit different, a trip to Lanarium may just be for you.
